Training & Certification
The Sure Clean Guys key management and supervisory employees are professionally certified through BSCAI as Certified Building Service Executives, equipping them with the most up-to-date standards,techniques and training available in the cleaning industry.
The Sure Clean Guys trains all employees HOW TO CLEAN, not just what to clean; our employees do not determine when clean is clean enough. Instead, our customers set the standard, and our employees are trained to meet and exceed that standard in a professional manner.
Employee training also includes security procedures and an intensive safety program which reviews the OSHA Right to Know Program. This ensures a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers and visitors.
Following initial training, each employee is evaluated over a ninety (90) day period prior to securing a permanent position with The Sure Clean Guys.
Safety Program
We have a safety program in place that ensures all of our employees are knowledgeable about the procedures and products that we use, as well as what it takes to ensure a safe work environment. All of our employees participate in our safety program.
Drug and Alcohol Testing
We test new hires & random testing is administered for all other employees.
